MATCOR's 10-Year Installation Warranty Program
How does the program work? MATCOR is offering a 10-year extended warranty for our proprietary anode systems listed below for projects where we perform the engineering design, installation, start-up and commission the system and are paid to perform an annual inspection for the duration of the ten-year warranty. What Products offer the extended warranty?
What is covered under the warranty? In the event that the anode system fails, MATCOR will repair or replace the anode system under this warranty. The only exclusions would be for third party damage to the anode system and acts of god, which could include flooding, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etcÖThis warranty is specific to the anode system and does not extend to other cathodic protection systems such as power supplies, rectifiers, reference electrodes or other components. What is the annual inspection? As part of the extended warranty MATCOR will perform a system inspection annually to ensure that the system is operating properly. A brief report will be provided to the client confirming the inspection and its results. What does the extended warranty cost? The 10-year Service Agreement will include the cost of the annual inspection fee and it will be based on factors such as the original cost of the project, geographic location of the systems, and number of installed systems at each location. |
