The quality of the power cable is instrumental in the effectiveness of any cathodic protection system. It must be highly corrosion-resistant and capable of withstanding the rigors of the environment to which it’s exposed.
Our High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HMWPE) is suitable for most environments. In high chlorine generation environments, however, we recommend our dual-extruded, highly chlorine-resistant KYNAR/HMWPE or HALAR/HMWPE power cables.
