MATCOR probe anode provides superior performance with the most advanced sealing system available. The MATCOR probe anode sealing is comprised of machined water stops, O-rings and sealing compounds subject to high pressure sealing during the final phase of assembly. MATCOR probe anodes are manufactured with a machined stainless steel housing and each probe anode is tested for water sealing and electrical isolation resistance. An optional conduit box is available

  • Probe anode segments are available in MMO and platinum/titanium. They are machined with sealing features.
  • Probe anode housing is 304/316 stainless steel, schedule 80. Other materials are available.
  • An optional conduit box is available

Ordering MATCOR Probe Anodes
When ordering the MATCOR probe anode, provide the following:

  • Current output
  • Life required
  • Fresh or sea water
  • Nipple material
  • Nipple length
  • Diameter of anode rod
  • Active length
  • Inactive length
  • MMO or platinum

MATCOR Probe Anode Standard Sizes
The inactive area of the probe anode can be provided in varying lengths to accommodate the design and installation. If separation from the structure is not a concern, a minimum inactive length of 3-inches (76.2 mm) is acceptable.
