There are thousands of miles of aging asphalt enamel, coal tar enamel and bitumastic based pipeline coatings in service around the world. They are well past their predicted service life. Many are failing or have failed, yet many are still holding up well. This talk will discuss various methods to handle these failing coatings and rehabilitate the pipeline to extend the service life.
