The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. MATCOR does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, content, or privacy practices. Access them at your own risk.

No Professional Advice

Site Content is provided for general information about MATCOR products and services. It is not engineering, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether any product or service is suitable for your application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MATCOR does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MATCOR TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MATCOR and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for disputes arising from these Terms of Use or the Site, except where prohibited by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
