Design engineering and materials for an impressed current cathodic protection system serving 155 new aboveground storage tanks, using MATCOR-manufactured linear anodes with factory-connected tail cables. The project required 175,000 meters of linear anode.
Design engineering, materials, installation testing, and commissioning for a critical-service double-wall tank that could not be taken out of service. Existing perimeter anodes failed to meet NACE criteria. MATCOR used horizontal directional drilling to install linear anodes and a reference electrode profile tube directly beneath the tank while it stayed in service—an approach not previously attempted in the Middle East
Turnkey installation using linear anodes to protect plant piping at one of Asia’s largest crude oil export terminals. MATCOR provided design, installation through a local partner, and commissioning and testing.
