Jeffrey Dornak is a senior operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in project management, operations, engineering support, and business leadership within the corrosion control and infrastructure services industry. As Senior Operations Manager at MATCOR, Inc., he oversees company-wide financial performance, operational execution, project delivery, and leadership development across multiple functional teams, including project management, engineering, and technical services.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dornak has successfully led complex programs supporting pipeline integrity, corrosion prevention, and critical infrastructure projects across North America. His expertise spans strategic planning, P&L management, project controls, forecasting, workforce development, and client engagement. He is recognized for driving operational excellence, improving financial performance, and building high-performing teams that consistently deliver results.
Mr. Dornak holds an MBA from the University of North Dakota and bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and International Business from Minot State University. Mr. Dornak also holds an AMPP Cathodic Protection Technician (CP2) certification.
